Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another agreed method.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
